How it works
Local by default. Share only when you choose to.
The planner is a notebook that runs in your browser. Sharing with family is optional and encrypted. There is no account and no sign-in.
1. A notebook on this device
Open the planner and start typing. Flights, hotels, food, Jeddah transport, ziyarat, visa extras, and package comparisons stay in the browser’s local storage on that phone or laptop.
No server copy is created until you deliberately share. Closing the tab does not wipe the notebook on that device. Clearing site data does.
2. Build the trip, then the packages
Put quotes into the ledger once. Hotels carry nights, rooms, breakfast, and distance to the Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi. Transport carries pickup, drop-off, and a phone. Packages pick those existing rows — they do not duplicate the data — and roll totals in SAR with an INR view from your rate.
3. Optional family link
When you want another phone on the same notebook, create a family link. It looks like:

The path identifies the shared room. The part after #k= is the key. Browsers do not send that fragment to the server, so Cloudflare, nginx, and Node never see it. The trip is encrypted on the device before upload; the server stores only an opaque blob.
Anyone with the full link can read and edit. Treat it like a password. Do not post it publicly. The path alone, without the key, cannot decrypt or overwrite the trip.
4. Revoke by replacing the link
Stopping share on one browser keeps the local notebook and drops the link from that device. If a link leaked, make a new room and send the new full URL. The old blob can sit unused; nobody without the new key can open the new notebook.
5. No login, ever
There are no accounts, no email capture, and no user database. A new visitor gets an empty notebook. Local-only use works with no server and no link.Privacy details.
