Plan Umrah in a private notebook

Quotes you already have, lined up in one place. Totals in SAR and INR. No account, and nothing here books a seat or a room.

flights · hotels · food · transport · ziyarat · visa

The notebook

Quotes you already have, in one ledger.

On the ground

Where you sleep, eat, and move around.

Hotels

Check-in and check-out, nights, rooms, breakfast, and distance to the Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi.

Food

Vouchers you already have. A package can hold more than one, so Makkah and Madinah can sit together.

Transport

Pickup to drop-off, date and time, vehicle, and a phone for the driver or company.

Ziyarat

Place, city, how you go, meeting point, and when.

Papers

Visa and other trip costs that are not a hotel or a flight.

Visa & extras

Trip-level costs, counted in every package. Per-person extras multiply by the people you name.

Getting there

The flights in and out.

Flights

Price is per person, times the traveller count. The count comes from named people, with adults as a floor.

Packages pick these rows. They do not copy them. Change a hotel once and every package that uses it updates. Prices are stored in SAR. INR is a view from the trip rate, shown as whole rupees.

This device

Stays in the browser until you send a link.

By default the notebook never leaves this browser. It sits in local storage on that phone or laptop.

If you share with family, the trip is encrypted on the device first. The server stores ciphertext. Not the key, not a readable copy.

The key lives after # in the link, so it is not sent with the request. The full URL is the password. Anyone who has it can read and edit.

Not a booking site

It does not replace your agent.

  • Not a travel agency and not a marketplace.
  • It does not sell packages, hold rooms, or book flights.
  • It helps you arrive with numbers that add up.
  • No accounts, no public trip pages, no crawlable notebooks.

Empty on purpose

A new visitor gets a blank notebook.

No sample package, no demo prices, no login wall. Open it when you have quotes in hand.
